The Tasting Bar

Here's how it works

  • You come in and get comfortable
  • You taste the beers on the bar
  • You peruse the extensive bottle range
  • You make your selection
  • You decide to take some of your favourite draught in a carry keg
  • You purchase then you take it all home!

We have both and off licence and an on licence so you are able to come into the shop and sample our real ales and ciders on-site from our very own The Tasting Bar where we always try to have a blonde beer, a brown beer, a dark beer and an exotic, out of the ordinary beer, on the pumps. Of course you are also able to select from all the bottled beers on the shelves and the continental and american beers in the fridge.

The drafts on offer at The Tasting Bar change regularly and we are always getting in new bottled beers on the shelves, so our Facebook page is updated regularly. Don't forget to check it out to see what is new each day.

Having a party?

If you give us 7 days notice we will endeavour to get you whatever beer we can.
There are varying sizes available for your party, 4pt, 16pt, 35pt, or the full 72pt firkin with handpump if so desired.
